MakeMusic and Habitat for Humanity

As we have in the past, several MakeMusic employees participated in a Habitat for Humanity build this summer. Here are two snapshots of many, but not all of this year’s participants.

Not familiar with Habitat for Humanity? Check out their site. If you ever get a chance to participate on a Habitat build I encourage you to do so: It’s an excellent opportunity to feel good about directly helping others, learn some new skills, and enjoy great fun and camaraderie.

Participating in a build also offers an opportunity to meet new friends (as you work alongside future habitat beneficiaries) and provides a very real reminder to be thankful for having a decent place to sleep at night.

And I slept pretty well after a full day of hanging sheetrock!

Best wishes to all.
