Last summer, MakeMusic, Inc. announced that in order to continue providing free, personalized support to our customers, we would limit support to include the current release of Finale, as well as the two preceding versions.

Correspondingly, with the release of Finale 2014, MakeMusic will no longer provide phone or case support for Finale 2010 (or any earlier versions). Support for Finale 2010 will end on January 31, 2014.

Users of older Finale products will still be able to authorize their software, search for answers to frequently asked questions, and use other self-service resources online.

In an industry where most software companies charge for technical support, MakeMusic is committed to continuing to offer free support to our customers. The current Finale release is version 25. Today MakeMusic offers free case support via our online help center for Finale version 25, 2014.5, and 2014.
