More Halloween Fun with Finale

Earlier this month Mark Adler shared a Finale file that offered a Halloween-themed round for use in the classroom, but that was just the beginning of our haunted holiday halloween fun with Finale.

Plug-in developer, musician, composer, and all-around friend of Finale Jari Williamsson created a performance test of his new JW Lua plug-in, which is currently in Beta. I know that might not sound like fun, but it is – and it’s haunted. Check out the video.

Back in September of 2009, Grammy-nominated composer, arranger, orchestrator, and multi-woodwind performer Frank Macchia was the very first Finale user we featured on the Finale blog.

Frank returns to the blog this week with a starring role in Zombies Ate My Grandma, a wacky, zombie-themed rock video featuring rare bass sax sightings, inspired solos, scenes with Finale charts, and even a great performance by recent fellow Finale Spotlight guest Peter Erskine.
