Finale NotePad provides a reliable and easy way to view and playback SongWriter documents (or any Finale (.MUS) notation file) downloaded from the Internet. To open a .MUS file available at Finale Showcase, or another online resource, viewers now need to simply download the file to their local machine and then open it in Finale NotePad. Finale NotePad is available at www.finalemusic.com/notepad.
To post a SongWriter document only requires a standard SongWriter file. To post sheet music on a web site for viewing and/or printing using a web browser, we recommend generating a PDF from SongWriter.
