How to get there
From the File menu, choose Save As. (If
you haven’t yet saved the document for the first time, you can choose
Save from the File menu instead.)
What it does
In this dialog box you can specify what
kind of file you want to create and in which folder PrintMusic should
save it.

you if you want to replace it with the new file. If you do not provide
an extension after the name, PrintMusic automatically adds one to correspond
