Use Finale's ScoreManager to edit the staff name.

To create or edit a staff name

1. Choose Window > ScoreManager.
2. Select the instrument you want to change and click Full Name (or Abbr. Name to edit the abbreviated staff name). The Edit Text dialog box appears.
3. Type a new staff name in the window, or make changes to an existing staff name. Change fonts and styles using Finale’s text editing; see Text and Edit Text window for details.
4. Click OK to confirm the name.
