Choose this command to save the file in EPUB 3 format, which allows you to view the file on mobile readers. Playback data is not saved with EPUB files, as they are intended for viewing only. EPUB is a free and open standard by the International Digital Publishing Forum (IDPF).
Note. If you plan to publish and sell EPUB files exported from Finale additional updates to the file will be required. For example, you will need to introduce a properly formatted cover image, and create a page list so the EPUB page numbers match the printed page numbers.
