As a registered owner, you may call MakeMusic for technical support whenever you need help with Finale. There is no cost for this help (except for long-distance charges). In addition to technical support benefits, you'll automatically receive company and product information from time to time, as well as official notification of all future upgrades to your program.

 

Before you contact tech support, be sure to search the User Manual (under the Help Menu).

 

If you have a question about a specific tool, use the navigation pane to the left to find the desired topic using the TOC (Table of Contents), Index, Search, and Browse order buttons to the lower left. See How to Use the Finale 2009 User Manual.

 

If you have a problem with connecting MIDI or printing with Finale for example, refer to the Setting up your MIDI System section of the Installation and Tutorials guide.
